The Chimney Pack is used when you are running the flue externally. All the parts you require are included in the Chimney Pack.

APPLICATIONFor use on solid fuel and gas/oil appliances. eg: woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil boiler, condensing boilers and any solid fuel appliances.

 

CONSTRUCTIONOuter skin is made from 304 grade stainless steel and is 0.5mm thick. Inner skin is made from 316 grade stainless steel and is 0.5mm thick. Insulation is compressed rockwool which is injected into the flue giving a density of 180kg/m³. All parts are fully welded – making DT suitable for condensing appliances.
Distance to combustibles is 50mm.

APPLICATIONA double skinned flexible flue liner suitable for relining within a masonry chimney. Flue liner is suitable for use with burning gas, oil, coal, coke, cured dry logs, cured dry peat.

CONSTRUCTIONThe flue liner has a smooth inner liner made from 316L grade stainless steel and is 0.12mm thick. The flue liner has a convoluted outer skin made from 316L stainless steel and is 0.12mm thick. The Flue Liner is constructed from a single strip of steel which is bent at 180 degrees and then the seam is folded in four planes to give a quattrolock seal.

Top Insert Sleeve ( for 150mm (6 Inch) )

Top Insert Sleeve ( for 150mm (6 Inch) ) :

The top insert sleeve slides inside the flexible chimney liner at the top of the installation and is used together in conjunction with the Top Plate and Top Clamp, this will support the weight of the liner at the top of the stack.

Top Clamp ( for 150mm (6 Inch) )

Used in conjunction with the Top Plate and Top Insert Sleeve, this will support the weight of the liner at the top of the stack.

APPLICATION

Used in conjunction with the Top Plate and Top Insert Sleeve, the Top Clamp supports the weight of the flue liner at the top of the stack.

CONSTRUCTION

The glavanised steel plate measure 15 inch square (375mm).

INSTALLATION

Place the Top Plate over the chimney recess at the top of the stack. The Flue Liner should protrude throught the Top Plate hole by approximately 100mm. Insert the Top Insert Sleeve into the Flue Liner. Now place the Top Clamp over the Flue Liner and tighten the two nuts and bolts until the Flue Liner is secure againts Top Insert Sleeve. Now apply a suitable acid resistant cement as a seal and weather proof render. While this cement is wet secure the chimney pot to this cement.

MAINTENANCE

It is recommended that chimneys serving solid fuel appliances be swept and maintained as frequently as necessary but at least once a year.

The plate measure 15 inch square (375mm) and is used in conjunction with the Top Clamp and Top Insert Sleeve, this will support the weight of the liner at the top of the stack.

APPLICATION

Used in conjunction with the Top Clamp and Top Insert Sleeve, the Top Plate supports the weight of the flue liner at the top of the stack.

Gather Hood 300mm x 300mm Base

Gather Hood 300mm x 300mm Base :

Gathers are used n open fires and baskets. The formed stainless steel gather is connected to the multi fuel liner in the chimney. The gather helps the flow of gases up the chimney, it also prevents the liner coming into contact with a fierce heat that can be produced.

Register Plate (D) 1250mm x 600mm

The Register Plate (D) 1250mm x 600mm :

Register Plates are used to seal off the base of the chimney.

This Register Plate is 1250mm x 600mm

USE THIS REGISTER PLATE WHEN VERMICULITE IS TO BE USED TO INSULATE THE FLUE.

APPLICATION

Use to seal off the base of the chimney (This Register Plate can be cut on site to fit the base size of your chimney stack). The Register Plate will support vermiculite and stop any debris from within the chimney stack coming down the chimney and hitting your stove.

CONSTRUCTION

The Register Plate and the Supporting Brackets are made from 1.5mm thick galvanised steel. The Register Plate can be sprayed to match the colour of your stove pipe.

INSTALLATION

The four supporting brackets should be cut to the length and width of the base of your chimney stack. Drill a number of holes in the brackets. Now screw them into the brickwork. Cut the Register Plate to the correct size, taking care that the pipe hole lies vertically above the Black Stove Pipe. Drop the Register Plate onto the supporting brackets. Now seal any gaps between the brickwork and the brackets / plate using Fire Cement or High Temperature Sealant. For 150mm diameter installations simply remove the centre cover ring by unscrewing the two retaining screws.
